In this session, Dr. Johnstone addresses:
1) the Loss Momentum Framework as a tool for better understanding student experience through college and for rethinking college practices and policies;
2) key pathways analyses at each state of the Loss Momentum Framework that have helped to reframe thinking about student progression;
3) overview of how colleges can use the results of pathway analyses to improve programs and support services;
4) using KPIs to set targets for improvement and measure effects of efforts to strengthen student pathways.
