ABOUT eLEARNING

The 21st century workforce demands flexibility in training. The Learning Solutions team partners with subject matter experts to develop highly interactive short course modules that support online and hybrid learning. Our interactive eLearning Tools (IET) are reusable "chunks" of training that can be deployed simultaneously in multiple courses and training programs. Our goal is to use the appropriate technological tools to enhance, not replace, hands-on training. For examples, learners enter any hands-on or face-to-face situation such as laboratory or job interview better prepared and with
greater confidence. Learner-centered interactivity is the essence of our eLearning design strategy. We aim to engage our learners by immersing them in challenging scenarios, compelling stories, and realistic simulations. Our 4-phase project management approach to eLearning production as seen in the diagram to the right, ensures that our deployed products meet the defined instructional objectives. Please contact us if you have questions or if you're interested in partnering with us on a future eLearning project. We'd love to talk with you!
